Returns

Nothing Better than Doing Nothing® offers a 30-day return/exchange policy on all items.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return to us by shipping it back.

We are only able to ship orders to the shipping address provided at checkout. NBTDN is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Product that has been worn or used, altered, or laundered.
  • Products in which the tags have been removed.
  • Sale items that are noted "non-returnable."

Returns/Exchanges shipping back to Nothing Better Life:

The customer is responsible for all freight charges.  However, if the product was received damaged/defective or the wrong item was shipped, a pre-paid return label may be provided.  Exchanges are subject to available inventory. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card account.

Please include the following in your return package:

  • Order number
  • Purchaser name
  • Contact name, phone number, and email
  • Reason for the return/exchange.

We recommend using a pre-paid, insured traceable method when returning merchandise, to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Lost returns are the responsibility of the sender.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Facebook & Instagram orders:

Orders placed on Facebook or Instagram cannot be edited before being shipped.  This includes changes to size, color, shipping or billing address.  This is not our policy, it is controlled by Facebook and Instagram.  We only have the capability to make changes to orders placed through our site NothingBetterLife.com
